XM WORKSTATION CRANES

Konecranes XM light cranes perform a variety of lifting needs and operations. The XM range provides crane solutions to meet the exact requirements. Three sizes of XM profiles are combined to achieve the best solution for each load and span. XM cranes are designed for modularity in order to handle a wide range of operations. Standardizations of parts and simplified mounting techniques make modifying the crane system easy.

XM Single Girder Bridge Crane - XMS

The XMS Single Girder Bridge Crane is a flexible solution for light load material handling within larger areas. The bridge and trolley move smoothly and quietly due to the enclosed XM profile. The profile is also very strong and allows long suspension distances.

 Load range 125-1600 kg.
Three different configurations :
• Articulated.
• Rigid for mainly motorized version.
• Low Headroom to maximize hook clearance.
Hand operated or motorized trolley and bridge.
Easy expansion.

Double Girder Bridge Crane - XMD

The double girder construction of the XMD crane enables bigger loads and spans than the single girder design. The XMD has a lower construction height than the XMS, thus maximizing the available space.
The XMD incorporates all the features common to the XM profile.
Smooth and silent load handling and long suspension distances.

  

Load range 125-2000 kg.
Three different configurations:
• Articulated.
• Rigid for mainly motorized version.

Monorail and System - XMM

The XMM Monorail System offers a flexible solution for the transportation of light loads between workstation units. It makes load handling effortless and the curves, turntables and switches make it possible to build a tailor-made solution.

  
  • Load range 125-2000 kg.
  • Profiles available in 3 sizes :
    UKA20, UKA30 and UKA40.
  • Straight and curved tracks.
  • Switches and turntables.
  • Hand-operated or motorized trolley.
  • Possibility to have inner current power supply rails in the UKA40 profile.
